These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications and games published by TECHPEDE (PRIVATE) LIMITED, operating under the Techpede brand (“Techpede”, “we”, “us”) (each an “App”), and this website (https://techpede.online). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our Apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded the App. Our Apps may include games, utilities, VPN products (such as S3cure VPN), and creative AI Apps such as Reelina (Reelina: ai ad video).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any App;
• use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools;
• interfere with leaderboards, achievements, or other shared services;
• upload content you do not have rights to use;
• use an App (including VPN Apps such as S3cure VPN) in any unlawful way, to create harmful or objectionable content, or in violation of app store terms;
• resell, rent, or commercially redistribute a VPN App or its connection as a service to others.

3. AI-generated content (including Reelina)

Some Apps (including Reelina) use third-party AI services to generate outputs from photos or text you provide. Results may vary. We do not guarantee a specific artistic outcome. You are responsible for content you upload and for how you use generated outputs. Privacy practices for AI processing are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Virtual items, credits, and in-app purchases

Our Apps may offer virtual currency, credits, subscriptions, and virtual goods (such as skins, boosters, or “Remove Ads”). Virtual items and credits:

• have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
• are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our property;
• may be modified, rebalanced, or discontinued as part of product updates;
• are non-refundable except as required by law or by the applicable app store’s refund policy.

All payments are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play under their terms. Purchase restoration for non-consumable items (such as Remove Ads) is available through the in-app “Restore purchases” option where offered. You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. For example, S3cure VPN may offer Premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) that unlock additional server locations and priority access.

5. Advertising

Free versions of some Apps may display third-party advertising, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-app benefits. Ad content is provided by third-party networks and is subject to their policies. Reelina may display Google AdMob ads for free users with no credits. Users with purchased credits or a paid plan do not see these ads. S3cure VPN may display Google AdMob ads (including app-open, banner, and interstitial ads) where enabled in the free experience.

6. Game Center and third-party services

Features such as leaderboards and achievements (where offered) may rely on Apple Game Center and are subject to Apple’s terms. Creative Apps may also rely on third-party AI and cloud providers as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

All content in our Apps and on this website — including names, logos, artwork, game design, code, music, and text — is owned by or licensed to Techpede and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required to continue using an App. We do not guarantee that any App will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. For VPN Apps such as S3cure VPN, server availability, speeds, and reachable destinations may vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techpede shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, credits, or virtual items, arising from or related to your use of any App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our Apps. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may end the license at any time by uninstalling the App.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
