Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how TECHPEDE (PRIVATE) LIMITED, operating under the Techpede brand (“Techpede”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our mobile applications and games (each an “App”) and this website (https://techpede.online).
This is our company-wide privacy policy. It is designed to cover the privacy practices that apply across our Apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Not every App uses every feature described below. Where a section refers to a specific feature (for example advertising, AI generation, VPN, printing, or device diagnostics), that section applies only to Apps that include that feature and only when you use it.
By downloading, accessing, or using an App or this website, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or website.
1. Who we are
Controller / publisher: TECHPEDE (PRIVATE) LIMITED
Brand: Techpede
Registered address: Office No. 20, 2nd Floor, Rehamt Center, I-8 Markaz,
Islamabad, Islamabad Capital Territory 44000, Pakistan
Privacy & support email:
bazid686@gmail.com
Our Apps may include, without limitation: games and entertainment Apps (such as Jewel Heroes, Crossword Cookies Puzzle, Police Siren, Real Xray Scanner, and Miracle Ball), creative / AI Apps (such as ReelMotion and StickMe AI), productivity Apps (such as Printer), networking Apps (such as BuckVPN and 2222 VPN), and utility Apps (such as Root Checker), together with any future Apps we publish under the Techpede brand unless a different privacy policy is expressly provided for that App.
2. Scope and how to read this policy
- Sections 3–12 describe practices that may apply across our Apps.
- Sections 13–16 describe feature-specific practices that apply only when the relevant App includes that feature.
- If an App provides an additional in-app notice for a sensitive feature (for example AI photo processing), that notice supplements this policy.
- Apple App Privacy labels and Google Play Data safety forms summarize practices for each App listing and may vary by App, version, region, and the features you use.
3. Information we may collect or process
Depending on the App and features you use, we and/or our service providers may process the following categories of information:
3.1 Information you provide
- Support communications: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Optional account details: some Apps may offer optional sign-in (for example Sign in with Apple) or account-related identifiers needed to deliver features, restore purchases, or manage credits.
- User content you choose to submit: photos, selfies, text prompts, documents, scanned images, or other content you actively select for a feature (for example AI generation, sticker creation, printing, or scanning).
- Feedback and preferences: settings, favorites, and similar choices you make in the App.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, crash or diagnostic signals, and similar technical information.
- Identifiers: advertising identifiers (such as IDFA / GAID), device or installation identifiers, and similar IDs used for advertising, fraud prevention, analytics, or App functionality where enabled.
- Usage data: feature interactions, session information, purchase/credit status (without payment card details), and approximate performance metrics needed to operate and improve the App.
- Approximate location: derived from IP address or, where you grant permission, more precise location used for advertising or service delivery.
- Local App data: progress, settings, unlocked content, caches, and similar data stored on your device.
3.3 Information we do not seek from most Apps
Unless a specific feature requires it and you choose to provide it, we do not ask for your government ID, precise home address, contacts list, SMS content, or payment card numbers. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, and operate App features you request;
- process purchases, subscriptions, credits, and restore requests through Apple or Google;
- serve, measure, and (where permitted) personalize advertising;
- detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and service misuse;
- analyze performance, fix bugs, and improve reliability and user experience;
- respond to support requests and communicate about the App;
- comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and users.
5. Advertising
Many of our free Apps display advertising, which may include banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. We primarily use Google AdMob and may work with related advertising partners.
Advertising partners may collect or receive device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device/technical data, and ad interaction / usage data to serve, measure, and personalize ads, subject to your consent and device settings.
- Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Ads settings: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
On iOS, where required, we request permission through App Tracking Transparency before enabling cross-app tracking. In regions covered by GDPR or similar laws, a consent form may be shown before personalized ads are served. If an App offers a “Remove Ads”, Premium, or similar purchase, advertising may be reduced or removed according to that product’s terms; optional rewarded ads may still be available where they provide an in-App benefit.
6. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive limited purchase receipts, product identifiers, subscription status, and credit/entitlement information needed to deliver the purchased content and restore purchases.
Apple and Google process payment information under their own privacy policies and store terms.
7. Analytics, diagnostics, and platform services
We and our service providers may process limited diagnostics, crash, and usage information to keep Apps stable and improve features. Some Apps may also rely on platform services such as Apple Game Center, Sign in with Apple, iCloud / Google Drive integrations you choose to use, push notifications (if enabled), or similar services operated by Apple or Google. Those services are governed by Apple’s or Google’s own policies.
8. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information only as follows:
- Service providers: advertising, analytics, cloud hosting, AI processing, content delivery, security, and similar vendors that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers of their services.
- Platform providers: Apple, Google, and payment systems needed to distribute Apps and process purchases.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- With your direction: when you choose to share content (for example saving to Photos or sending to a printer, messaging app, or third-party service).
9. Data stored on your device
Many Apps store information locally on your device, such as gameplay progress, settings, caches, generated files, or downloaded content. Local data generally remains on your device unless a feature you use transmits it (for example AI processing, cloud sync you enable, advertising SDKs, or support uploads). Uninstalling an App typically deletes local App data, subject to your device and platform behavior.
10. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the App, security, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, and support. Retention periods vary by data type and App. For example:
- local device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App;
- support emails are retained as needed to resolve your request;
- purchase/entitlement records may be retained for accounting and fraud prevention;
- transient processing data (such as a photo uploaded for an AI job) is kept only as needed to complete the request, unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons;
- advertising and analytics partners retain data under their own policies.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where Apps transmit data over the internet, we aim to use encrypted connections where appropriate. VPN Apps apply additional encryption and tunneling controls described in Section 15.
12. Children
Our Apps are generally intended for a broad audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of devices and Apps. Advertising partners may apply their own child-directed advertising rules where required by law.
13. Feature-specific practices: creative and AI Apps
Some Apps (for example ReelMotion and StickMe AI) allow you to upload photos/selfies and/or text prompts to generate videos, stickers, cutouts, or similar content.
- We process the photo or prompt you select only to deliver the feature you request.
- Photos may depict a person’s face or likeness. We do not use uploaded photos to create biometric authentication templates, and we do not use them for advertising profiles or to sell datasets.
- To complete generation, content may be transmitted to third-party AI / media processors and temporary hosting or delivery infrastructure. Before sensitive processing, the App may show an additional disclosure and request permission.
- Finished outputs are typically saved on your device. Input media is processed as needed to complete the job and is not kept longer than required for that purpose, subject to security, abuse-prevention, and legal needs.
- Only upload content you have the right to use.
14. Feature-specific practices: photos, documents, printing, and local network
Productivity Apps (for example Printer) may access photos, documents, camera capture, files you select, and local/network printers only after you grant the relevant permission and only to provide printing, scanning, or related features. Documents and media you print or scan are intended to remain under your control; we do not use them for advertising. Optional device lock features (such as Face ID / Touch ID) are processed by the operating system on your device.
15. Feature-specific practices: VPN Apps
Networking Apps (for example BuckVPN and 2222 VPN) route your internet traffic through encrypted VPN/proxy servers when connected. For these Apps:
- We aim to operate a no-logs policy for browsing content: we do not monitor, record, or sell the content of your VPN traffic, the websites you visit, DNS query contents for tracking, or files you transfer through the tunnel.
- We may process limited technical/operational data needed to run the service (for example device/app version, connection status, anonymized capacity metrics, diagnostics, and fraud/abuse prevention).
- Free tiers may display ads (including AdMob). Premium/ad-free purchases, where offered, reduce or remove advertising according to the product terms.
- Your encrypted traffic may transit servers in multiple countries to provide the service.
- VPN Apps require network-related permissions to create and maintain the VPN connection.
16. Feature-specific practices: device diagnostics and utilities
Utility Apps (for example Root Checker) may analyze device or system properties locally to provide diagnostic results (such as root, bootloader, or related status checks). Diagnostic results are intended to be generated on your device for display to you. Separately, if the App contains ads, advertising SDKs may process device identifiers as described in Section 5.
17. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan and work with global service providers (including Apple, Google, cloud hosts, CDNs, and AI processors). Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual and technical safeguards offered by those providers.
18. Your choices and rights
Depending on your device and region, you may:
- deny or revoke permissions (camera, photos, tracking, local network, notifications, etc.) in system settings;
- reset or limit your advertising identifier in device settings;
- manage iOS tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking;
- decline personalized ads via consent forms where shown, or adjust Google ad settings;
- restore or manage purchases/subscriptions through Apple or Google account settings;
- delete local App data by clearing App storage or uninstalling the App;
- contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law (including GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA-equivalent rights where they apply).
Because much App data is stored only on your device or processed by independent platforms/advertising partners, some requests may need to be directed partly to Apple, Google, or those partners. We will help where we can.
19. Third-party links and services
Apps and this website may link to third-party websites, SDKs, or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
20. This website
Our website may collect standard server/log information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) and may use hosting/security providers (including Firebase Hosting) to deliver the site. If we add analytics or cookies beyond essential hosting, we will update this policy as needed.
21. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted in an App update or store listing where appropriate. Continued use of an App or the website after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
