Frequently asked questions

My purchase didn't arrive

Open the app, go to Shop, and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If the problem persists, contact us with your App Store receipt.

How do I remove ads?

The Remove Ads purchase in the Shop permanently disables forced interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads (for example, “Continue by watching an ad”) remain available because they grant in-game benefits.

My progress disappeared

Game progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes progress, and progress does not transfer automatically between devices. Game Center scores and achievements remain attached to your Apple account.

Leaderboards or achievements aren't showing

Make sure Game Center is enabled: Settings → Games (or Game Center) → sign in. Then reopen the app and tap Leaderboard or Achievements on the home screen.

How do I manage ad tracking?

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also decline personalized ads in the consent form where shown. See our Privacy Policy for details.
